Yes, we provide pre-production samples. The sample cost depends on the product complexity and whether new tooling (molds) is required. Sample fees are typically credited back against your first production order. Standard sampling lead time is 7–14 days.

We offer sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). For sea freight, we ship from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong ports. Typical transit times: 15–30 days to the US West Coast, 25–35 days to Europe by sea; 3–7 days door-to-door by air.

We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) as standard practice before reviewing any design materials. Your molds, patterns, and designs remain your exclusive property and are never reused for other clients. We can also provide tooling ownership documentation upon request.
