Bulk Production
Full production run with in-line QC at every station. Random sampling inspection at 20%, 50%, and 100% completion.
Inspection & Shipping
AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection. Export documentation, customs clearance, and container loading coordinated end-to-end.

Compression Molding
Custom aluminum molds for EVA case production. Heated compression presses at 140–180°C with precise cavity control for consistent wall thickness.
Printing & Branding
Screen printing, heat transfer, embossing, debossing, foil stamping, and woven label application. Your logo applied with precision and durability.
Hardware Sourcing
Custom zippers (YKK, SBS, custom pullers), buckles, D-rings, magnetic snaps, rivets, and feet — sourced to your specification or recommended by our team.
Color & Finish Matching
Pantone color matching for fabrics, leather dyes, EVA colors, and hardware finishes. Consistent across production batches with spectrophotometer verification.
Packaging & Assembly
Individual polybagging, hang-tag attachment, barcode labeling, retail box packing, and master carton assembly — your products arrive shelf-ready.
