5,000+ Square Meters of Purpose-Built Manufacturing
Our Dongguan facility houses six dedicated production lines, an in-house QC lab, a pattern-making studio, and finished-goods warehousing — all under one roof.
Located in the Pearl River Delta, the world's most concentrated manufacturing region, we benefit from a deep supply chain for raw materials, hardware, and packaging — which translates to faster lead times and competitive pricing for our clients.
Production Lines
Six Specialized Manufacturing Zones
Each product category operates on a dedicated line with purpose-built equipment and trained specialists.
EVA Molding Line
Heated compression presses (140–180°C) with custom aluminum molds. Automated temperature and pressure control for consistent cavity formation. Post-mold trimming, lining assembly, and zipper attachment stations.
Leather Workshop
Climate-controlled leather storage, hydraulic cutting presses, skiving machines, and multi-needle post-bed stitching stations. Hand-finishing area for edge painting, burnishing, and final inspection of premium products.
Sewing Floor
40+ industrial sewing stations — single-needle lockstitch, double-needle, overlock, and bar-tack machines. Computerized pattern cutting tables for precise, consistent panel production across fabric, mesh, and webbing.
Inflatable Workshop
High-frequency RF welding machines for PVC seam bonding. Multi-chamber inflation testing stations. Dedicated repair-patch packaging line with EN71 and ASTM F963 compliance documentation.
Printing & Branding Station
Screen printing carousel, heat-transfer press, embossing/debossing machines, and foil-stamping equipment. In-house plate-making for fast logo setup. Color-matching spectrophotometer for brand consistency.
Packaging & Warehouse
Individual unit QC, polybagging, hang-tagging, barcode labeling, and master carton assembly. Finished-goods warehouse with FIFO inventory management. Direct container loading from our loading dock.

Quality Control
Five-Stage Quality Assurance
Quality isn't inspected in at the end — it's built in at every stage of production.
Incoming Materials
Every material batch — fabric, leather, EVA sheets, hardware, zippers — is inspected against spec before entering production. Non-conforming materials are rejected at the dock.
In-Line QC
QC inspectors patrol production lines checking stitching tension, seam alignment, glue application, and molding consistency in real time. Issues are caught and corrected immediately.
Mid-Batch Sampling
At 20% and 50% production completion, random samples are pulled for detailed inspection — dimensional accuracy, color matching, hardware function, and visual defects.
100% Final Inspection
Every unit passes through a final QC checkpoint: visual inspection, zipper cycling, stitch integrity, and cleaning. Units that fail are reworked or rejected before packaging.
Pre-Shipment AQL
AQL 2.5 sampling inspection on finished, packaged goods. We provide inspection reports with photos before container loading. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) available on request.

End-to-End Export Support
Sea Freight
FCL and LCL shipping from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong ports. We manage the full booking, documentation, and customs clearance process. Typical transit: 15–30 days to US West Coast, 25–35 days to Europe.
Air Freight
Expedited shipping from Shenzhen Bao'an (SZX) and Hong Kong (HKG) airports. Ideal for samples, urgent orders, and high-value shipments. Typical transit: 3–7 days door-to-door.
Documentation
Full export documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin, Form A / Form F (where applicable), and any buyer-specific documentation requirements.
